Two Gloved Hands Planting A Pine Sapling

Leave No Trace

Since the beginning of the Econo Challenge hike in 1994, we have romanticized the idea of hiking patches of Canadian wilderness untouched by humanity.  The reality is humanity has impacted our natural world in one way or another on a global scale.  In this
modern world, truly wild spaces are becoming a rare and precious
commodity deserving our respect and admiration. Unfortunately, not
everyone feels this way.

Amazing Wilderness Products recognizes the fact that certain uses of our products by some customers could have a negative impact on our wild spaces.  Since the beginning, we have advocated using only dead wood to complete projects we promote.  You can see this in the videos we produce and in the marketing materials that accompany our products.   We would like to invite you to learn about Leave No Trace practices and help protect our wild spaces for the next generation.

Take only pictures and leave only footprints.
