Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not see these emails please check your spam or junk mail folders.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Ottawa, Canada. We offer international shipping to select countries around the world. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number if you have selected shipping that includes tracking. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available if you have purchased this option. We do not believe you need to purchase a shipping method that includes tracking.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us at amazingwildernessproducts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. International orders will take longer than 15 business days for some countries.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at amazingwildernessproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
